+ What is the property tax?

The municipality has not yet assessed these new properties and we expect it may take until the endof this year. We are estimating the property tax to be approx. $4000 minus the school tax rebate of $700.

+ Is the community Pet Friendly?

Yes.

+ Is there a limit to how many pets I can have?

+ How large is the REAR YARD THAT COMES WITH each BUNGALOW?, IS IT FENCED IN?

a. The rear yard is approximately 34’ X 26’, off the back of the house is a 10’ X 16’ covered porch with steps going down to the yard. The rear yard is sodded, and fully landscaped.

b. There is a 6-foot high privacy fence on the side yards and a see-through fence when looking out the backyard onto the golf course.

+ How many bedrooms does the bungalow have?

The floor plan is 1,320 square feet on the main level with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The lower level can also be developed to accommodate 2 more bedrooms, and a large open living area, the perfect size for a theatre, pool table or both.

+ How much does it cost to finish a basement?

There are various Basement options, Pricing and options are available at the show suite when taking a tour.

+ Any questioins about upgrades?

We encourage our clients to make decisions on features, customizations, and creative ways to personalize their space. While we’ll list a few “pre-planned” upgrades below, know that these are just upgrades that are frequently asked for and this is not an exhaustive list.
